A young woman who allegedly plied a 14-year-old girl with ice and GHB has been accused of trying to set the teenager’s hijab on fire during a horrific kidnapping ordeal.
Elham Naaman, 24, allegedly detained the girl in June after taking her to a hotel room in Parramatta in western Sydney and giving her the illegal drugs.
